Our complaints procedure has been designed to ensure that any complaint about our actions or omissions are handled fairly and consistently. Furthermore any security-related complaints are handled in accordance with Regulatory Requirements and communicated to relevant authorities accordingly.

If your complaint relates to a security breach we may use the information provided for communication with Regulatory Authorities. We work to revert as soon as possible with an update on your complaint.

If such complaint to Mazepay’s Customer Success Team is not managed or reverts with a result that is not satisfactory to you, you can choose to file a formal complaint with the Complaint Responsible at Mazepay.
